By creating an account or using AI CardBook, you agree to the following terms.

1. Using the Service

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity under your account. You may not use AI CardBook to store or share unlawful content, or to scan cards you don't have the right to process.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans (Starter, Professional, Business) are billed as shown at checkout — annually unless otherwise stated. Prices are listed in BDT and USD; the applicable currency depends on your billing region. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from Settings → Manage Plan. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period — see our Refund Policy.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the contact and card data you upload. You grant AI CardBook a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service (e.g. AI field extraction, storage, sync).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to send unsolicited bulk communications.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

AI CardBook is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
