Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The free plan has no charge and no refund applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions

If you're not satisfied with a paid plan (Starter, Professional, or Business), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, provided the account has not exceeded reasonable usage (e.g. excessive card scans) suggesting the service was fully utilized before requesting a refund.

3. Renewals

Refunds are not provided for renewal charges after the initial 7-day window unless required by local consumer protection law. You can cancel auto-renewal any time before the renewal date from Settings → Manage Plan to avoid future charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@aicardbook.com with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed via SSLCommerz; refund timing may also depend on your bank or card issuer.
