• Business card data: images and extracted fields (name, company, phone, email, address) from cards you scan.
• Usage data: device, browser, and interaction data used to improve the service.

• To power AI extraction when you scan a card
• To send follow-up reminders and service notifications you've enabled
• To improve product quality, security, and reliability

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to operate AI CardBook (e.g. hosting, AI processing, payment processing), or when required by law.

5. Your Choices

You can edit or delete your contacts and account information at any time from Settings, or request account deletion by emailing support@aicardbook.com.
